单体合成1)己二酸的制备主要有苯酚法、环己烷法和丙烯腈二聚法。苯酚法是以苯酚为原料,用雷尼镍作催化剂,在140到150℃和2到3MPa压力下,加氢生成环己醇,然后用60%到65%浓度的硝酸,在铜或钒催化剂存在下,在55到60℃氧化成己二酸。
