PA66 70G33HS1L NC010 透明或不透明乳白色结晶形聚合物,具有可塑性。PA66 70G33HS1L NC010 密度1.15g/cm3。熔点252℃。脆化温度-30℃。PA66 70G33HS1L NC010 热分解温度大于350℃。 连续耐热80-120℃,平衡吸水率2.5%。能耐酸、碱、大多数无机盐水溶液、卤代烷、烃类、酯类、酮类等腐蚀。
 PA66 70G33HS1L NC010 生产方法:尼龙66 由己二酸和己二胺缩聚而成。它的生产工艺主要有单体合成、尼龙66盐的制备和缩聚三个工序。
单体合成1)己二酸的制备主要有苯酚法、环己烷法和丙烯腈二聚法。苯酚法是以苯酚为原料,用雷尼镍作催化剂,在140到150℃和2到3MPa压力下,加氢生成环己醇,然后用60%到65%浓度的硝酸,在铜或钒催化剂存在下,在55到60℃氧化成己二酸。
