单体合成
1)己二酸的制备主要有苯酚法、环己烷法和丙烯腈二聚法。
苯酚法是以苯酚为原料,用雷尼镍作催化剂,在140到150℃和2到3MPa压力下,加氢生成环己醇,然后用60%到65%浓度的硝酸,在铜或钒催化剂存在下,在55到60℃氧化成己二酸。反应式如下:
环己烷法是以环己烷为原料,在环烷酸钻或硼酸催化剂存在下,通入空气加压液相氧化,生成环己酮和环己醇的混合物,再用60%浓度的硝酸在45到60℃氧化成己二酸。

丙烯腈二聚法是以丙烯腈为原料,用电解还原法二聚生成己二腈,然后在稀硫酸水溶液中加热水解得到己二酸。反应式如下:
2)己二胺的制备主要有己二酸法和丁二烯法。
己二酸法是以己二酸为原料,在磷酸三丁酯等脱水催化剂存在下,于280到300℃温度下氨化脱水,得到己二腈,再在雷尼镍催化剂存在下,在90℃和2.8MPa压力下,于乙酸中加氢得到己二胺。反应式如下:
丁二烯法是先使丁二烯氯化生成二氯丁烯异构体混合物,再与氢氰酸或氰化钠在酸性水溶液中氰化成丁烯二氰异构体,然后用氢氧化钠处理,使异构体全部转化成1,4-二氰基丁烯-2,精制后用钯炭作催化剂,在300℃下
