PA66 135F NC010 物理化学性:PA66塑胶原料为半透明或不透明乳白包或带黄色颗粒状结晶形聚合物,PA66 135F NC010具有可塑性。密度(g/cm3) 1.10-1.14;拉伸强度(MPa) 60. 0-80.0;洛氏硬度118;PA66 135F NC010熔点252℃;脆化温度-30℃;热分解温度大于350℃;连续耐热80-120℃;冲击强度(kJ/m2) 60-100;静弯曲强度(MPa) 1 00-120;马丁耐热(℃) 50-60;弯曲弹性模量 (MPa) 2000~3000
 PA66 135F NC010 注模条件:注射压力。通常在750~1250bar,取决于材料和产品设计。注射速度高速(对于增强型材料应稍低一些)。流道和浇口:由于PA66的凝固时间很短,因此浇口的位置非常重要。浇口孔径不要小于0.5*t(这里t为塑件厚度)。
