PA66 42A NC010 具高抗张强度

PA66 42A NC010 的收缩率在1%~2%之间,PA66 42A NC010加入玻璃纤维添加剂可以将收缩率降低到0.2%~1% 。PA66 42A NC010收缩率在流程方向和与流程方向相垂直方向上的相异是较大的。PA66对许多溶剂具有抗溶性,但对酸和其它一些氯化剂的抵抗力较弱。
 PA66 42A NC010 物理化学性:PA66塑胶原料为半透明或不透明乳白包或带黄色颗粒状结晶形聚合物,具有可塑性。密度(g/cm3) 1.10-1.14;拉伸强度(MPa) 60. 0-80.0;洛氏硬度118;熔点252℃;脆化温度-30℃;热分解温度大于350℃;连续耐热80-120℃;冲击强度(kJ/m2) 60-100;静弯曲强度(MPa) 1 00-120;马丁耐热(℃) 50-60;弯曲弹性模量 (MPa) 2000~3000;体积电阻率(Ωcm) 1.83×1015;平衡吸水率2.5%;介电常数 1.63。
